Apple Cider Mimosas

Apple Cider Mimosas…Yes, Please!! This fall cocktail is the perfect compliment to any brunch and a delicious way to ring in the season!

Makes 6 Mimosas

What you’ll need:

  • 12oz Apple Cider
  • 4.5oz Brandy
  • 2.25oz of Fall Spiced Simple Syrup
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Champagne

How to whip it up:

  1. Make Fall Simple Syrup* – and let it cool.
  2. Mix all ingredients (except champagne) in a pitcher or wherever you mix your batch cocktails
  3. Add 3oz of the pitcher mix to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  4. Shake. Shake. Shake.
  5. Pour into champagne flutes till just over halfway full.
  6. Top off with Champagne!

*To make your own Fall Simple Syrup:

  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 tsp Valencia Orange Peel
  • 1/4 tsp Apple Pie Spice
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Water


  1. Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat
  2. Bring to a boil
  3. Reduce to a simmer for 10 mins
  4. Remove from heat and cool
  5. Strain and store in a glass jar
