French 75

Funny thing is, the “French” 75 is made with Gin (British) and Prosecco (Italian), so the only French bit is really the name. Also, make sure you stop by “Cielo” if you’re ever in San Miguel de Allende; gorgeous view!

Recipe Below!

What you’ll need:

  • 1 oz. Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 3 oz. Prosecco

Shake the Gin, Lemon Juice, and Syrup with ice, strain into a champagne flute, then top off with Prosecco.

Garnish with a lemon twist or peel. Best enjoyed with friends!
